Meet the teacher week was a great success with lots of new people going us at One Love Yoga. As a thank you to all of you who have decided to practice with us, we are offering unlimited classes for $50/month for the rest of the year. Purchase these packages at the studio or on MindBody app.

Zen Yoga Monday, every Monday at 7:30pm is not a free class. Donations will be accepted for a local charity.
Zen yoga is a blend of yoga poses that prepares the student for Zen style seated, guided meditation. Experience poses that help open the hips and lengthen the spine and straighten the back bringing you into the present moment before you start the
guided meditation.
This is a restorative flow with some moderate challenges and yin
poses or poses that are held longer to prepare the body for seated meditation.
This class and the guided meditation are beginner friendly and requires no special experience.
Optional: Meditation pillow for comfort.
We now offer a men's only Hatha class every Saturday morning at 7:30. The class will concentrate on breathing, posture, and meditation. Hatha Yoga will bre taught in a warm room by John Stanley.

Please be aware that for the safety of our students and also to avoid class interruptions, we will now be locking the door five minutes after the scheduled start of the class.
We want our studio to be a warm, loving, safe place where our students feel comfortable practicing. All of our instructors strive to make all classes accesible to students of all levels. We encourage our students to practice not only the Asana (physical practice) but all eight limbs of yoga.
Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes health and well being. Regular practice improves your breathing and outlook on life.
Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance for other physical activities. After a workout, yoga will help your body relax while stretching and strengthening.
Yoga not only improves your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. Take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity.
